3. Types of data we collect
3.1. Personal data. The term personal data is defined by law. According to this, these are individual details about the personal or material circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person. For example, your real name, your address, your telephone number are considered to be your individual details.
3.2. Principle of anonymous use of data. Unless otherwise stated in the following sections, no personal data is collected, processed, or used on our website. When you visit our website, some information is transmitted, such as the IP address, type and version of the web browser used, the operating system used, the website from which you came and the time of the query. We cannot use this data to identify the individual user. We only evaluate the information statistically and use it exclusively to improve the attractiveness, content and functionality of our website.
3.3 Registration and ordering process. We are pleased that we can supply you with our meal boxes in the future. So that you can order from us, we will set up a customer account for you after your registration. In order to protect your customer account from third parties accessing it, we save your username and password. In order to be able to deliver the cooking boxes to you as requested, we save your contact details, your order and delivery time. You can leave your telephone number so that we can contact you should there be delays or problems with the delivery of your cooking box. We can also use your telephone number within the scope of your consent given when concluding the contract, among other things for advertising purposes for the exact scope of your consent). We use the data you provide to process your order. For this purpose, we will pass on your address data to a commissioned shipping company, Swiss Post, and your payment data to our payment service provider.
We use the personal data you provide to the extent that your data is necessary for the fulfilment and processing of our services. For registration and, if necessary, ordering, we collect and save the following data from you:

We only use your telephone number for queries. We need your email address to confirm the receipt of your order and communicate with you (e.g., to send an order confirmation)
3.4. Payment details
Your payment data will be transmitted to the relevant payment service provider, depending on the payment method you have selected. The payment service provider is responsible for your payment data. Information, in particular about the responsible office of the respective payment service provider, the contact details of the data protection officers of the payment service providers and the categories of personal data processed by the payment service providers, can be obtained from the following address:

We have access only to the type of your payment method, i.e., Mastercard or Visa, the last four digits of your card number, and the expiration date. Stripe communicates to us why your payment may fail, i.e., insufficient funds, expired card, lost or stolen card. This information helps us to continue servicing you while asking you to update your payment method.
3.5. Deletion and blocking

In addition, we use the Google Conversion Tracking service in connection with Google Analytics. This enables us to record the behaviour of our website visitors. 4.2. Meta Custom Audiences Pixel (Facebook and Instagram)
This website uses Custom Audience Pixel, a Meta Inc., USA service. Custom Audience Pixel is a Javascript code that we have integrated into each of our websites. We use Custom Audience Pixels to collect information about website visitors. This pixel collects and reports to Facebook information about the user’s browser session, a hashed version of the Facebook ID and the URL that is being viewed. Every Facebook user has a unique and device-independent Facebook ID, which enables us to address and recognise users across multiple devices on the Facebook social network so that we can address our visitors again for advertising purposes in the context of Facebook ads. After some time, the user information will be deleted until the user visits our website again. Therefore, no personal information is disclosed to Allcook about the individual website visitors, and we can only advertise website customer target groups in targeted advertisements as soon as these have reached a significant number in terms of numbers. 4.2. Other operators
We use www.hotjar.com service to record occasional browsing experiences on our website. This recording is depersonalised; we will know only the country from where a person was browsing, the date and time on site, and the device used. For example, “Switzerland, mobile, 23.04.2021, 21:30, 9min.” This data is used to improve our website user experience.

5 Marketing
5.1. Social bookmarks
So-called social bookmarks (e.g. from Facebook, Linkedin, and Instagram) are integrated into our website. Social bookmarks are internet bookmarks that the users of such a service can use to collect links and news reports. Our website only includes these as a link to the corresponding services. After clicking on the integrated graphic, you will be redirected to the respective provider’s website; i.e. only then will user information be transmitted to the respective provider. After activation, the plugins also collect personal data such as your IP address and send this to the server of the respective provider, where it is stored. 6 Acess and Transfer of data
So that Aallcook SA can process your data in accordance with the purposes described above, it may be necessary for other recipients to be able to view your data.
6.1. External service providers (processors)
Your data will be passed on to service partners, provided they work on our behalf and support Allcook kitchen in its services.
– Customer relationship management Brevo (https://www.brevo.com/). We use this service to inform you about our service menus and conduct surveys. You can always opt out of our newsletter on your account or click “Unsubscribe.”
– Swiss Post (https://www.post.ch/en) We use Swiss Post to deliver your parcels. Each time the label is generated, we transfer your name, address, e-mail, and phone number to Swiss Post.
– MailGun is an email service we use to confirm your order. This is a so-called “service email” we have to send to inform you about transactions, order scheduling, order reminders, and order dispatch. It is not possible to unsubscribe from service emails, as they are essential to the nature of Allcook service. These emails will be stopped once you put your account on pause or request that we delete your account.
7 Data security
We have taken extensive technical and operational protective measures to protect your data from accidental or deliberate manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons. Our security procedures are regularly checked and adapted to technological progress.

9. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies to the legal relationship between Allcook SA and the customer. The place of jurisdiction for natural persons is Vaud or the client’s domicile. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for legal persons is Vaud.
