We buy our fruit and vegetables from suppliers who share our values when they come from Switzerland as much as possible. Domaine des Loveresses in Yens, VD - one of our local vegetable suppliers

We buy Swiss meat, Swiss and French poultry. Our fish comes from certified suppliers for sustainable farming and fishing: MCS, ASC. Our Tofu is 100% organic and comes from Swiss farms and artisans.
